A Year of... Challenge Card Series

The “A Year of…” Challenge Card series transforms behavioral science into 52 tangible weekly practices for families and learners of all ages. Each deck—covering themes like Creativity, Emotional Intelligence, or Resilience—offers research-backed prompts designed by educators and psychologists and field-tested in homes and classrooms worldwide.

Used by parents, teachers, and corporate facilitators alike, the cards serve as a screen-free bridge between knowledge and action—encouraging reflection, discussion, and growth one challenge at a time.

Available on Amazon and through institutional partnerships, the series is now part of LBS’s core curriculum ecosystem.

At the International School of Indiana (ISI), we designed and launched a comprehensive social-emotional enrichment program grounded in the RECCA™ framework. The initiative equips students aged 6–12 with foundational human skills—Resilience, Emotional Intelligence, Creativity, Communication, and Adaptability—through interactive lessons and experiential learning.

By integrating RECCA™ into the curriculum, we turn classrooms into living labs for empathy, problem-solving, and leadership. Early results have shown measurable improvements in collaboration, emotional vocabulary, and student confidence, proving that emotional literacy is teachable, scalable, and transformative.
