Angie Lau,
Founder & CEO

Angie Lau brings a blend of financial insight, global perspective, and human-centered leadership to her work. A former Bloomberg global anchor and award-winning journalist, Angie spent more than a decade interviewing many of the world’s most influential business leaders, investors, and policymakers. Her reporting helped shape international understanding of markets, macro trends, and the shifting dynamics of modern wealth.

She went on to found Forkast, the award-winning digital assets media platform (acquired in 2023), where she covered the emergence of blockchain and the future of money across Asia and the US. This experience gave her a grounded, real-world view of the forces transforming financial decision-making. Today, Angie leads Life Beyond School, where she combines financial literacy, behavioral science, and family dynamics to help advisors strengthen trust across generations.

Sarah Chang
Founder & COO

Sarah Chang is an entrepreneur and strategist with a background spanning media, consulting, and human development. Before co-founding Life Beyond School, she worked with McKinsey & Company, helping leaders navigate complexity through strategic clarity and operational design. She later scaled and exited Forkast, a media platform connecting technology and human impact.

At Life Beyond School, Sarah leads research, partnerships, and product innovation—translating behavioral science and systems thinking into practical tools that build emotional intelligence and leadership capacity across generations.
